Upgrade of Toyota/Lexus NiMH Batteries to Lithium Batteries
 
The global cumulative number of Toyota/Lexus hybrid vehicles equipped with Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries has reached 30 million units. Among them, approximately 10 million units of high-voltage batteries have reached the end of their service life and need to be replaced. Currently, some workshops are replacing the batteries with second-hand ones. However, within just a few months, problems will occur again. Some are replacing them with original batteries, but the cost is extremely high. Our solution is to replace them with lithium batteries. By adopting China's mature lithium battery technology and adding a protection board, we can ensure safety, enhance power, extend the service life, and reduce fuel consumption.
