Q&A regarding our remote diagnosis and repair support:

 

Q: Why are you able to provide such services?

A: We have been engaged in the repair of Hybrid and EVs for nearly six years. Moreover, we have trained thousands of technicians in China and also from other countries. They will refer all complicated problems to us for handling. Thus, we have accumulated much richer repair experience compared to ordinary workshops. Moreover, we not only conduct vehicle-level repair diagnosis, but also perform chip-level repair (for electronic control parts).

 

Q: What are the detailed contents of your services?

A: Depending on different types of DTCs, our services mainly include:
1)   Remote diagnosis: Conduct fault analysis based on our experience or remote diagnosis software.

2)   Repair guidance: Provide guidance for detailed measurement and fault judgment.

3)   Provision of data and software: In most cases, if it involves the provision of certain data and software, we will provide them for free (which is already included in the service fee). However, for some common faults that do not require our technical support, we will provide a complete solution (with an additional charge).

4)  Assistance in purchasing parts: We suggest that you purchase parts locally, as this may save time. But if you need our assistance in purchasing parts, we have our own parts warehouse and a wide range of parts suppliers.

 

Q: How much is the service fee? What about the payment method?

A: The service fee for our remote diagnosis and repair guidance is 300 USD. We accept payment via PayPal.

 

Q: What is the service process?

A:

Step 1: You need to provide us with basic information: Model, Year, Problem, DTC.

Step 2: We will conduct a preliminary analysis to determine whether we can provide support. Step 3: If we confirm that we can provide technical support, we will confirm with you the basic tools, equipment, software, and possible parts that need to be prepared.

Step 4: Once all the conditions are met, we will collect the service fee.

Step 5: Arrange for technicians to provide technical guidance.

 

Q: What should be done if the problem is not finally solved?

A: Before accepting the service, we will conduct a careful assessment to ensure that the problem can be solved. This includes evaluating the basic tools, equipment, software, and parts that you need in advance. So the possibility of the problem not being solved is very small. However, in case the problem cannot be finally solved, we will refund part or all of the service fee (depending on the situation, such as the customer's lack of measurement experience or the difficulty in purchasing parts, etc.).

 

Q: Which communication software will be used?

A: Since WeChat has a very good real-time translation function, our technicians currently only use WeChat. Therefore, please download WeChat in advance and share your QR code with us. We will establish a group to provide real-time technical support. If it involves remote diagnosis, the software we use is TODESK.

 

Q: Do you provide maintenance support to vehicle owners? Or do you only provide technical support to workshops?

A: Since Hybrid/EV are high-voltage systems and involve safety issues, we do not provide direct technical support to car owners. However, car owners can find a nearby workshop, and we will provide support to the workshop.

 

Q: Do you also provide comprehensive training?

A: Yes, we offer offline training in China. However, for our friends from abroad, due to language issues (we have trained dozens of friends from overseas, and the biggest problem is the language. Using translation headsets can only achieve an accuracy of about 50-60% in translation, and there will be a delay of 30-40 seconds. When you see this page of the PPT, our teacher has actually moved on to the next page), we suggest accumulating experience by personally engaging in the maintenance of Hybrid/EVs. At the same time, we are preparing some solutions, which will be continuously added to our solution database. You can keep an eye on our website.
