Critical Post-File Writing Instructions
- After writing the provided repair file to the BMS, charge the battery to its maximum capacity
before reinstalling the BMS back into the battery pack. Failure to do so will cause the BMS to lock again.
2. To verify if the BMS has been successfully unlocked and is functioning properly, you need to test it using either the vehicle itself or a dedicated test platform. The test must confirm that the battery can be activated by the DC-DC converter. Note that a faulty DC-DC converter will be unable to activate the battery, which may lead to a misdiagnosis that the battery is the sole issue.
3. When the battery is in an inactive state, measuring the voltage at the external terminals (controlled by the BMS) with a multimeter will always show a reading of 0V. Once the battery is activated, the BMS will click once, and the external terminals will display a normal voltage reading—this applies whether the battery is tested inside or outside the vehicle.
-During working hours, the service is completed within a few minutes, ensuring fast and efficient processing.
